 WHAT DO YOU NEED TO RENT A VEHICLE?
* A valid credit card.
* A valid driver’s license from your country of origin.
* Valid identification (passport or ID card).
* A minimum rental period of three days (72 hours).
* **Vehicle Condition:** All vehicles must be returned in the same condition as they were received.

In the event of an accident or medical emergency, please call 911 immediately  and notify us as soon as possible.
 PERIOD & EXTENSIONS
Return Policy: The renter agrees to return the vehicle to Loyalty Car Rental at the address specified in the rental agreement, no later than the indicated date and time.
Extensions:** If you wish to extend your rental, this must be arranged and approved in advance.
Late Return Fee: Exceeding the agreed return time will result in a penalty fee of  ANG 50 per day (excluding VAT), in addition to the standard daily rental rate. *(Note: Changed XCG to ANG, which is the official currency code for the Antillean Guilder/Florin used in Curaçao).
Early Returns: Please note that no refunds will be issued for unused rental days if the vehicle is returned cleaning Fee: $25 USD surcharge** will apply if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty. Vehicles must be returned in a clean condition.

Fuel Policy: if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than stated in the agreement, a $20 USD service fee will be charged, plus the actual cost of the missing fuel.
## OVERDUE RENTALS & UNAUTHORIZED USE
If the vehicle is not returned to Loyalty Car Rental & Transportation (or a designated third party) within the agreed timeframe or approved extension, the company reserves the right to repossess the vehicle immediately.
* **Continuous Liability:** The renter's obligations and liabilities remain fully in effect until the vehicle is back in the rental company's possession.

Unauthorized Use Penalty: A penalty of  ANG 50 per Day (excluding VAT) will apply until the vehicle is recovered. For billing purposes, any fraction of a day will be counted as a full day.

Legal Fees: Any legal fees or collection costs incurred during the recovery of the vehicle will be charged directly to the renter.

Child Safety Seats: Your family's safety is our priority. If you require a child seat, please let us know when booking, and we will have it ready for Full Comprehensive Insurance:** Basic Third-Party Liability (WA) insurance is included with every rental. For extra peace of mind, you can upgrade to our Full Comprehensive Insurance (Collision Damage Waiver), which covers vehicle damage and third-party protection (a deductible/excess applies). Please select this upgrade during booking.

Airport Shuttle Service: Loyalty Car Rental offers a convenient airport pick-up and drop-off service for a small additional fee.
Online Check-In:  Save time at the counter with our online check-in. After booking, you will receive a check-in form via email or WhatsApp. Complete it in advance so we can have everything ready the moment you arrive!
